Warehouse WMS Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Warehouse WMS helps authorized warehouse teams manage inventory, product photos, barcodes, quantities, locations, and movement history.

Information handled by the app

Inventory data is stored on the device. When cloud synchronization is enabled, authorized inventory data and product photos may also be stored using Google Firebase so approved devices can stay synchronized.

Advertising

Warehouse WMS uses Google AdMob to display advertising on Android and iOS. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and consent choices to provide, measure, and protect advertising. Where required, the app asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. Users can review their choices from Ad Privacy Choices in the app.

Data sharing

Warehouse WMS does not publish inventory records or product photos. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate enabled features, such as Firebase for authentication and synchronization and Google AdMob for advertising, subject to their privacy terms.

Data retention and deletion

Local inventory remains on a device until an authorized user removes it or the app's data is erased. Cloud data remains until it is deleted by an authorized administrator. Advertising consent choices can be changed from the app.

Children

Warehouse WMS is a business inventory tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features or service providers change. The latest version will remain available at this address.
